Environment... All product converting is done in a climate controlled environment for dust and static control.

Quality... ISO 9002:1994 certified since January 1999

Precision Cutting... Guillotine cutters, including a CNC controlled Seybold, provide precision square cut sheets up to 84" for close register printing or die cutting.

Sheeting... Our sheeting equipment is outfitted with static eliminators and can handle mill row widths up to 84" and sheeted length up to 120". We can interleave with tissue, bond, or kraft papers.

Laminating... With 72" capability, laminating or pre-masking is available upon request.

Slitting & Rewinding... Utilizing a 60" roll to roll slitter/rewinder, precision cut production rolls can be provided as narrow as 1¾" in width.

Packaging... All products are wrapped in polyethylene prior to leaving the clean room environment. We then package in 200 pound weight corrugated cardboard. Ask and we will package to whatever your individual specifications are.

Freight... As freight has become a major expense for all parties, we continue to negotiate the best freight discounts, and have an ongoing computer controlled audit system to insure we always have the very best in rates.
