Optically Clear Cast PVC Overlaminating Film

Product Description:

CurvaLam is a 1.65-mil clear gloss, highly conformable, PVC film designed for overlaminating CLEAR FOCUS One Way Vision™ window graphics and other printed media.  CurvaLam is coated on one side with an ultra-clear permanent, solvent acrylic, pressure-sensitive adhesive and supported by a clear polyester release liner. The product is designed for long-term outdoor, fleet or vehicle graphics on flat, curved or riveted surfaces.  Additional UV protection is built into the overlaminating film to help resist color fade caused by ultraviolet light.  Other performance characteristics include:

• Superior clarity


• Very low haze


• Excellent dimensional stability


• Good resistance to harsh environments – this product can withstand splashes of organic solvents, weak acids and bases, salt water, cleaning solutions, disinfectants and oils.


• The outdoor durability is a minimum of two year.  The durability does not relate to the colors in the graphics, but to the overlaminating film only.
