LEXAN ® - Colors

Sabic Innovative Plastics Colored Lexan® film is particularly good for LED / LCD windows or general color impregnated applications, this is designed to have a defect-free surface with true-ink-color fidelity and optics. It also provides a primary substrate finish for screen printed applied selective textures.

SLX
LEXAN® SLX film is a new, high gloss film available in 6 standard colors (red, black, yellow solid colors, and metallic blue, beige and green). It has outstanding color fastness and gloss retention, even after more than 10 years of outdoor exposure. In addition, it demonstrates improved scratch resistance over Lexan® film, and exceptional chemical resistance, especially to gasoline.
Materials Properties

LEXAN® 8020
LEXAN® 8020 polycarbonate film offers excellent clarity, with some heat resistance and dimensional stability for graphic arts applications that require UL 94 flammability performance. Derived from one of the world's toughest polymers, LEXAN® 8020 film also provides high-gloss surface finishes while meeting additional requirements for added UV stability.

LEXAN® Polished, Textures, Electrical
Colored LEXAN® is also available in 8A23 = Polished / Matte, 8B25 = Matte / Velvet, 8B25F = Fine Matte / Velvet, and in FR60, FR63, FR65, FR65 (See Electrical)
