LEXAN ® - Hard Coats

LEXAN® High-Performance
Coated Films
Designed for the most demanding applications, these hard-coated films are manufactured in grades that provide chemical and abrasion resistance. They are available in four gloss levels that range from matte to glass-like. LEXAN HP12X film is low gloss and matte/polished surfaced; LEXAN HP40X film has a medium gloss and a fine matte/polished surface; LEXAN HP60X film is medium-high gloss with ultra fine matte/polished surface; LEXAN HP92X film has a high gloss and is polished/polished surfaced.

LEXAN® HP12
LEXAN® HP12S graphic film is a high-performance coated film offering good chemical and abrasion resistance along with unique processing characteristics. Its features include multiple topside-selective texturing, colored topside texturing, durability of coating and texture adhesion when exposed to many household cleaners.

LEXAN® HP40

LEXAN® HP60

LEXAN® Weatherable
(HP12W, HP92W) LEXAN® HP92WP graphic film is a first-surface, printable, high-performance coated film with excellent chemical, abrasion and UV resistance. The film's ease of processing makes it a good choice for indoor/outdoor applications in which color stability and the ability to use light ink are important.LEXAN® HP12W graphic film is available in a 12 percent gloss level. It is a high-performance coated film for outdoor applications offering good chemical, abrasion and UV resistance along with ease of processing characteristics. HP12W has cling-type masking on the uncoated side and stick-type masking on the coated side. These performance capabilities along with LEXAN® film's ease of processing make HP12W film suitable for graphic applications such as warning labels and lenses, gasoline pump displays and labels, marine graphics, outdoor signage, warning labels for gardening equipment, cluster and dial-lens covers and appliance front-panels and overlays.

LEXAN® HP FAF
LEXAN® HP FAF is a one side coated polycarbonate film that offers long term anti-fog properties, scratch resistance, formability, impact resistance, dimensional stability and optical clarity. LEXAN® HP FAF film also offers chemical resistance, tintability, and anti-static properties. LEXAN® HP FAF has been developed to offer excellent performance in the goggle / eye visor market and other exciting applications. HP FAF is available in 48" roll format , gauges .007-.030
