Regal Graphics Introduces KromaPlex, a New Solvent Compatible Reverse Print Polycarbonate Jan 15, 2007
Regal Graphics has introduced a new reverse print polycarbonate that is compatible with all solvent-based wide format printers. Kromaplex™ has a velvet finish on one side to reduce glare and a polished finish on the printable side that allows for maximum ink adhesion. Kromaplex™ is available in a .010 thickness and in roll widths of 36” and 50”. Kromaplex™ is backed with a white rigid vinyl backer that has adhesive on one side to create all of the white in the printed image. The backer is also a .010 thickness and comes in roll widths of 38” and 52”. Kromaplex™ main application is for tradeshow graphics but can be used for any application where a high level of durability in necessary.
